Purchased a “special” one December for $100 gift card and a $25 card would GE given as a bonus. Never received either card because email said to pick up in their office and they were closed during winter months. When I went in person, I was told there was nothing there for me. I showed them my email and waited for them to reissued the two cards. When they did that, they went back and deleted the old numbers that I never received, but instead deleted the two cards I was reissued. Never got the money or cards back, so I’m out $100 plus bonus $25 gift card. They want proof, but I deleted emails after I thought the two new cards were issued. Will not return or recommend Blooms to any of my friends until I’m refunded what I paid for. Talking to their management is like talking to a brick wall. Would love to speak to the actual owner.
