Description:
Blue Angel Hosta is one of the largest blue-leaf hostas available, featuring enormous, heavily textured, heart-shaped blue-green leaves that form dense mounds. Light lavender bell-shaped flowers rise above the foliage in mid-summer, adding height, color, and contrast to shaded garden beds. Foliage emerges blue in spring and matures to a rich bluish-green throughout the season.

Accent plant, mass planting, general garden use, groundcover, shade and woodland gardens.

Planting & Care:
Performs best in partial shade to full shade and prefers average to consistently moist soil. Do not allow soil to dry out. Adaptable to most soil types and pH levels and tolerant of urban conditions. Low maintenance; clean up old foliage in early spring before new growth appears. Medium growth rate with an expected lifespan of approximately 10 years. Dies back to the crown in winter and regrows in spring. Monitor for insects. Propagation by division where permitted.
